Chest girth — measure horizontally along protruding points around the body.

Waist circumference - measure horizontally around the body at the level of the waist in the narrowest place.

Thigh girth - measure at the most protruding points of the thighs and buttocks, while putting your feet together, measure the thighs in their greater part, approximately 15-20 cm below the waist.
